UMass Alumni had a round table discussion of the experiences of 5 entrepreneuers.
Some key take aways for me were:
- No plans - each person did what was necessary for the customer - they Listened and Executed
- People - hiring the right people to do the things you don't do is hard and time consuming
- Money - each financed with credit cards here are some better options:
